Join an online bACTIVE Group Class for real results; we offer BuzzFIT, MetaFIT, BoxFIT and Stott Pilates. Our Zoom classes are inclusive, supportive and friendly and cater to all abilities. To suit your busy schedule, classes take place at different times of the day and evening in the most convenient location of all - your own home!




bACTIVE's BuzzFIT classes blur the lines between a sweaty full-on workout and high-intensity fun! The workout will be serious but, with Emma's full-on energy and infectious sense of humour, you can expect a few laughs at the same time. 

The class keeps interest levels high with a fast-paced routine incorporating different exercises each week; expect a challenging mix of Boxercise, circuits, sprints and stretches, with new elements being introduced on a regular basis to keep your workout fresh. This class will push to to your personal limits, whilst also catering to a range of fitness and agility levels.



If you're looking for a hard workout that delivers fast results, or if you've got a crazy schedule and are pushed for time, then bACTIVE's MetaFIT class is the solution.

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, MetaFIT is extremely tough, which is exactly why it works! Each class consists of 30 high-intensity minutes featuring non-choreographed, bodyweight-only workouts performed to a thumping and uplifting soundtrack, with Emma leading and cheering you on. Expect a session that will set your metabolism on fire, help you shape up and drop the pounds fast, and keep you energised for hours. 



Feeling less than ripped? Need to build up muscle? Having strong muscles not only makes you look more toned but it speeds up your metabolism. What's not to love about that?

This workout is designed to work all the major muscle groups as well as strengthen your core - and you only need a set of dumbbells (or two tins of beans!) to do so... no major equipment investment required.



Not a fan of sweating and huffing and puffing, but still want to achieve a lean, toned body? Then try Stott Pilates.

This modern take on traditional pilates will lengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups in your body whilst giving you a rock solid core and incredible posture. Emma keeps class sizes small to enable her to give a high level of individual attention to all attendees; as a result, each session caters to a wide range of abilities, from pros to absolute beginners. Stott Pilates is also an excellent form of exercise for pregnancy and post-natal recovery.

It's no surprise that dancers tend to be lean, strong and toned. Barre Pilates is inspired by ballet conditioning and dance movements that serve to strengthen your core, stabilise key muscle groups, improve posture and develop lean limbs. This is ultra-pilates, whereby signature movements are performed to an awesome soundtrack - fun and effective.
