Workout Wednesday #9: The Walkout
Welcome to another Workout Wednesday or should I say Walkout Wednesday!
The Walkout is my absolute favourtie as it's a great all over body exercise. and you can add to it as you wish.
Add a shoulder tap, a leg lift, a spiderman, a press up, a mountain climber....or all at once to make it an Extreme Walkout!
Make sure to get to a full plank and you keep your shoulders stable.
Try different ones and let me know what additions you make.
